We are seeking experienced Business Development Partners for a 100% remote role to help expand our IT services portfolio across multiple sectors including artificial intelligence, data science, defence, construction, ecommerce, web development, and mobile app development. This is a performance-based partnership role ideal for professionals with strong industry networks and proven ability to generate high-value IT projects.

Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors through your established network and market research
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations through virtual meetings and digital channels
  3. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and online networking functions Collaborate virtually with our technical teams to understand service capabilities and create compelling proposals
  4. Qualify leads and facilitate initial client meetings and discussions via video conferencing
  5. Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with potential clients
  6. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide regular status updates
  7. Bridge communication between technical teams and clients during the pre-sales phase

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in either:
    • Business Development roles in any sector
    • Sales roles with proven track record
  2. Strong existing network within one or more of our target industries
  3. Excellent understanding of technology services and digital transformation
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  5. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  6. Experience with remote work tools and virtual collaboration
