We’re looking for a Project Architect to define and evolve the technical foundation for a complex, AI-driven, white-labeled real estate platform integrating multiple data sources and workflows.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Architect the system across React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
• Design multi-tenant systems for real-time white-label deployment.
• Define robust APIs and service layers to handle high-volume data from external sources.
• Lead the design and scaling of the property data model to support 3000+ attributes per record.
• Plan and oversee integrations with Spark API, Bridge API, DocuSeal using Quickwork Platform.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure a scalable, secure, and resilient deployment on AWS (EC2, S3, SES) with Cloudflare, Nginx, and load balancing.
• Guide implementation of TypeSense-based AI search, schema mapping, and datanormalization strategies.
• Oversee code quality and architectural reviews using GitHub, SonarQube, and similar tools.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/system architecture for large-scale web applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of API architecture, scalable backend systems, and distributed search.
• Expert in using Quickwork Platform.
• Experience designing and auditing code quality, CI/CD, and secure infrastructure.
• Familiar with Git workflows, branch strategies, and static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube).
