We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager (part-time) to manage timelines, scope, team coordination, and delivery across a highly complex, API-driven real estate platform. This role includes planning releases, managing deliverables across multiple data integrations, and coordinating features like AI search, dynamic white-label provisioning, and document automation.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage the end-to-end project roadmap, prioritizing deliverables and integrations across multiple APIs.
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA handoffs with the engineering and DevOps teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between developers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Track development progress in Trello and ensure delivery milestones.
• Work with leadership on prioritization and resource allocation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in SaaS or API-based platforms.
• Technical understanding of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs, and AWS infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with remote dev teams in agile environments.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Trello, Quickwork Platform and CI/CD pipelines.
