Rajneesh Malviya
Rajneesh Malviya is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and the College of Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. With over three decades of experience spanning software development, enterprise architecture, and technology leadership, he has led IDEA Foundation from its inception to become a recognised force in defence-grade AI and analytics. His deep expertise in open-source ecosystems and AI-powered intelligence platforms has shaped the organisation's technical direction and its reputation for delivering mission-critical systems to clients across 18 countries.
Shalini Malviya
Shalini Malviya is a scientist and researcher — a former CSIR Doctoral Fellow and Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. An alumna of Panjab University, Chandigarh, she brings over 35 years of rigorous experience across computational intelligence, data science, and software development. Her scientific background anchors IDEA Foundation's research vertical, informing the design of advanced analytics engines, AI models for movement intelligence, and multilingual NLP systems at the frontier of applied intelligence.
